The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in workforce or training programs for infrastructure projects, with ability to travel up to 90% and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Workforce Development, Training & Development, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience leading workforce or training programs for infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Experience with state agencies or public sector clients, preferably Florida.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the mobile workforce development program aligned with needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with industry partners to identify skill requirements and update curricula and materials.
• Develop strategies to support training, certification, and placement pipelines; lead curriculum development.
• Coordinate with transportation contractor training partners to progress workforce goals.
• Monitor program performance and report on readiness and job placement.
