Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in training, workforce development, or related areas.
• Experience facilitating presentations, workshops, or training sessions for adult learners.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of workforce development and leadership initiatives for FDOT District Two.
• Act as trusted advisor to district leadership and key client stakeholders.
• Manage high-profile workforce development programs, ensuring alignment with schedules and performance metrics.
• Deliver instructor-led training on leadership, communication, and employee engagement topics.
• Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with district executives, staff, and external partners to ensure program success.
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce development trends and opportunities.
• Direct program implementation activities including resource coordination and risk management.
• Oversee event logistics for meetings, workshops, and development activities.
• Monitor program performance using data, feedback, and KPIs for continuous improvement.
