Qualifications

• Experience facilitating presentations, workshops, or group discussions for adult learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to plan, coordinate events, programs, meetings, or training initiatives.
• Experience working in client-facing environments and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of workforce development and leadership initiatives for FDOT District Two.
• Serve as primary point of contact for key client stakeholders and District leadership.
• Manage high-profile workforce development programs, ensuring alignment with schedules and KPIs.
• Deliver instructor-led training on leadership, communication, workplace technology, and employee engagement.
• Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to support program delivery.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and strategic communications for District leadership.
