Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 1 year of direct B2B sales experience resulting in customer appointments.
• 20 hours of RCRA training and WM CRA certification.
• Involvement in USGBC, AIA, AGC, BOMA or NAHB is required.
• Local to Charlotte area and willingness to work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage waste and recycling services for construction accounts.
• Grow temporary revenue by meeting monthly sales goals.
• Handle customer service requests and service issues.
• Educate customers on proper recycling processes and WM tools.
• Focus at least 70% of activities on new business.
• Grow existing customer relationships and receive referrals.
• Cold call on new and planned construction projects.
• Develop detailed proposals for multiple services.
• Research market factors and attend industry events.
