Job summary

Socket.dev in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to manage multiple construction warranty/repair projects and provide administrative support to service technicians, branch team, and homeowners.

You will respond to warranty requests, schedule repairs, maintain documentation, and ensure excellent customer service while coordinating with the Warranty Manager. This non-exempt, full-time role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to work in a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of general office experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle, JD Edwards, or PeopleSoft a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service to builders, homeowners, subcontractors, and branch team members via phone, email, and in person.
• Accountable for resolving customer issues and escalating as needed.
• Respond to incoming warranty requests per standard procedures.
• Coordinate schedules of parties involved and communicate expectations to customers.
• Schedule all repair jobs and maintain documentation of warranty communications.
• Provide progress updates to Branch Manager and Warranty Manager.
