Job summary

Craftsmen Resources LLC is seeking a motivated Construction Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities within a designated territory and nurturing existing relationships. You will serve as the liaison between clients and skilled craft employees to ensure seamless service and project success.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of proven sales experience in construction or related staffing, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of proven sales experience in B2B or construction/industrial staffing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business with general contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; be the primary contact for satisfaction and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the territory to meet/exceed targets.
