Tricon Homes is seeking a Construction Technician III to perform cleanup, repair, and replacement of various household items in vacant properties to ensure a safe and attractive living environment for residents. The role includes HVAC service, plumbing repairs, electrical work, doors, windows, and general carpentry, with a company van provided for nightly return.

Qualifications include EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal), 5 years in maintenance, and ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification for Refrigerant Management (Type II or Universal).
• 5 years maintenance/construction background.
• Daily travel between properties.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work safely in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Clean up, repair, and replace household items in vacant properties.
• Repair HVAC systems including diagnosis, cleaning components, and refrigerant handling.
• Perform plumbing repairs such as faucets, drains, and fixtures.
• Fix electrical outlets, switches, lighting, and basic wiring.
• Repair windows, doors, trim, and minor cabinetry.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and document work orders accurately.
