Job summary

Tricon is seeking a Construction Technician III to perform cleanup, repair, and replacement of various household items at vacant properties, ensuring a safe and attractive living environment for residents. A company van is provided and stays with you nightly.

Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification are required. Essential duties include HVAC repair and maintenance, electrical work, and minor plumbing.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification required (Type II or Universal).
• 5 years maintenance/construction background.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied environments.
• Must be able to work on-call and overtime hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and empathetically with residents, team members and vendors.
• Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Repair and maintain HVAC systems, including diagnosis and refrigerant handling.
• Perform electrical repairs including outlets, wiring, breakers.
• Repair/replaced plumbing fixtures and minor hardware as needed.
• Complete time sheets accurately and document work orders in the system.
