Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Construction Technologies to coordinate field staff and support project managers across electrical, technologies, and specialty system installation projects. You will help manage budgets, schedules, safety and quality while ensuring customer satisfaction on site.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, 0–1 year PM experience, and a willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in project management or construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0-1 year of construction/project management experience.
• Familiarity with computerized estimating systems preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, scheduling, and estimating and general industry safety standards.
• Skills to read, interpret and understand contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to understand project scope and milestones.
• Assists project managers with budget tracking, customer billing, labor estimates, scheduling, job cost reviews, purchase orders, project status reports, and inspections tracking.
• Coordinates preconstruction activities, design interpretation, takeoffs, and bid packages; assists with constructability reviews.
• Conducts jobsite inspections to ensure conformance with contract documents and QA standards; takes weekly job site photos.
