Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks an Associate Project Manager, Construction Technologies to coordinate field staff and assist project managers across electrical, technologies and specialty systems installations. You will help ensure quality, schedule, cost control, safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel to project sites, the ability to read plans and drawings, track budgets, prepare reports, and participate in preconstruction activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in project management, construction management or related field.
• 0-1 year of construction and/or project management experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, scheduling, estimating and safety standards.
• Project management training and understanding of the project life cycle.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications; strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to understand project scope and milestones; prepare drawings, change orders, estimates, RFIs, cost codes, etc.
• Support budgets, customer billing, labor estimates, scheduling, job cost reviews, purchase orders, and status reports; assist in meeting minutes.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities, design interpretation, takeoffs, bid packages; research resolutions; support constructability reviews and value engineering.
• Conduct jobsite inspections to assure QA and capture weekly progress with photos.
