• Ability to read, interpret and understand contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Understanding of the project life cycle and PM training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field staff and assist PMs to manage project quality, schedule, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Support budget tracking, billing, labor estimates, scheduling, and project status reports.
• Assist with preconstruction activities, design interpretation, takeoffs, and value engineering.
