Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist the Project Manager with administrative and technical direction for large or multiple projects. You will help coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in engineering or construction management, 0–1 year of project experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0–1 year of construction or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training, experience or skills with a lifecycle understanding.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication; outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project locations.
• Experience with Accubida is a plus.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with overall administrative and technical direction on a large project or multiple smaller projects.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members including general contractors and subcontractors.
• Support staffing decisions such as selecting superintendents and foremen.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in project cost estimation.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Support safety program implementation and ensure OSHA requirements are met.
