Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale relationship for Rafio, from developing client agreements through onboarding to confident, independent daily use.
• Scope, build, and troubleshoot integrations connecting Rafio to customers' existing systems and data, driving adoption and expansion.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and the platform team, triaging requests, building scalable systems, and eventually leading the customer success team.
