You will help move projects from start to finish and ensure documentation is accurate and accessible. The role emphasizes collaboration with customers and internal teams, handling project intake, and supporting contract administration, invoicing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, customer service, administrative support, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Keep projects moving: Coordinate project intake activities and maintain accurate project records from start to finish.
• Own the details: Organize and manage customer, project, and contract documentation within designated business systems.
• Be the connection point: Partner with customers and internal teams to gather information, provide updates, and support successful project execution.
• Support project success: Assist with contract administration, invoicing, reporting, and other project support activities.
• Drive continuous improvement: Maintain accurate project data while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay organized and adaptable: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage technology effectively: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other business systems.
• Communicate with confidence: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Solve problems with precision: Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to identify issues and support effective solutions.
