Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a CE Technology Coordinator in Irving, TX to support Construction Technology projects by keeping information organized and coordinating with customers and team members.

You will help move projects efficiently from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes ownership of project records, effective communication, and collaboration across departments to ensure successful delivery and improved processes.

Qualifications

• Must stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and other business systems.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Keep projects moving by coordinating intake activities and maintaining records from start to finish.
• Own details by organizing and managing customer, project, and contract documentation.
• Be the connection point by partnering with customers and internal teams to provide updates.
• Support project success with contract administration, invoicing, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement by maintaining data accuracy and improving processes.
