Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a General Manager of Construction Technology to drive strategic initiatives across our Construction regions and partner with operational leaders, technology experts, and premier manufacturers to accelerate technology adoption.

In this role you will lead the development and execution of construction technology programs, work with field General Managers to strengthen field technology leadership, and mentor teams to build technology leadership across the company.

Qualifications

10+ years of construction technology, heavy equipment, or related industry experience preferred.
Previous supervisory or management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Ability to build trusted partnerships with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
Valid work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Drive strategy and growth by leading construction technology programs and marketing initiatives.
Partner with field General Managers to assess, develop, and strengthen field technology leadership across the organization.
Coach and develop teams to champion technology leadership excellence throughout the company.
Build key industry partnerships with leading manufacturers to support customer success and technology adoption.
Demonstrate proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Leverage 10+ years of industry experience to guide strategic decisions.
