Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a General Manager of Construction Technology to lead strategic initiatives across our Construction regions, partnering with operational leaders, technology experts, and premier manufacturers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and accelerate technology adoption.

You will drive growth, mentor construction leaders, and build partnerships with Topcon, John Deere Construction & Forestry, Wingtra, and Trimble to accelerate technology adoption and customer success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Industry expertise in construction technology or heavy equipment preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and relocate within 45 minutes of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and growth for construction technology programs and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with operational leaders to assess, develop, and strengthen field technology leadership.
• Coach and develop teams across the organization to champion technology leadership.
• Build key industry partnerships with top manufacturers to support customer success.
