Job summary

Midwest Drywall is seeking a Construction Recruiter to support talent acquisition across multiple locations from an on-site Austin, TX office. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring for drywall trades and office roles while building a strong talent pipeline.

The role requires 0–3 years of recruiting or related experience, excellent communication, and willingness to travel to job sites and events. An energizing team environment and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in recruiting, HR, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and maintain valid driver's license.
• Experience with ATS, job boards, referrals, and campus outreach.

Responsibilities

• Support field and office recruiting for multiple locations.
• Coordinate interviews, screens, and candidate communication.
• Develop candidate pipelines and talent pools.
• Travel to offices, job sites, and career events to recruit locally.
