Trawick Construction is seeking a High-Travel Recruiter to source and place candidates across multiple offices and project sites, traveling frequently to staffing events and career fairs.

You will partner with hiring managers, review applications, conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, and guide candidates through onboarding. The role emphasizes proactive communication, organization, and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; traveling recruiter experience preferred.
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Review applications and résumés to assess qualifications.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates through hiring process; extend offers and explain expectations.
• Assist with onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment steps.
• Travel to offices, job sites, and events; represent the company professionally.
