Midwest Drywall is hiring a Construction Recruiter to support talent acquisition for field and office positions. You will source candidates, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and manage pipelines across multiple locations while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to travel and support multiple locations and events.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and campus outreach.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and internship programs.
