Job summary

Keller Foundations, LLC is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units from our Alpharetta, Smyrna, or Greensboro locations. You will partner with leadership to define candidate profiles, source top talent, and guide offers to closure.

The role demands proactive talent engagement, excellent communication, and the ability to drive recruiting metrics. Up to 15% travel to job sites and events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management with multiple priorities.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, Candidate Management & Business Engagement across multiple business units.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify requirements and candidate profiles.
• Evaluate candidates by resumes, phone screenings, and hiring recommendations.
• Guide candidates through offers, including extension, negotiation, and closure.
• Cultivate relationships to deliver positive candidate experiences.
• Visit active job sites monthly to deepen knowledge of Keller's products and field operations.
