Job summary

Keller, a world leader in geotechnical construction and deep foundations, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner based in Alpharetta, GA with options in Smyrna, GA or Greensboro, NC.

The role treats recruiting as a strategic function, partnering with leadership to understand business needs, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering top talent for Keller's projects across the region. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications or related field.
• 1–3 years in recruiting, talent acquisition or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across multiple business units.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define candidate profiles and requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Guide candidates through offers, negotiate, and close hires.
• Develop talent pipelines and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Travel up to 15% for job sites and events.
