Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Greensboro, NC region or nearby Alpharetta, GA/Smyrna, GA offices. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with leaders, and build a strong talent pipeline in a dynamic construction environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruiting, strong communication abilities, and comfort with ATS and MS Office. Up to 15% travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with ATS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for multiple business units, partnering with leadership.
• Manage candidate pipeline, screenings, and offers.
• Post ads, maintain ATS, and ensure branding alignment.
• Track recruiting metrics and contribute to regional planning.
