Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Recruiter to join our Atlanta, GA HR team. This in-person role manages the full recruiting cycle, partnering with hiring managers to define talent profiles and strategies for finding top candidates.

You will source via networking, direct outreach, social media, and talent communities, building proactive pipelines for current and future needs. You will coach interview teams and lead offer discussions to maintain equity and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and hiring talent in competitive markets.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or other ATS platforms and HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with high-touch candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent profiles, hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies using networking, referrals, direct outreach, social media, and talent communities.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, focusing on hard-to-fill roles.
• Assess and qualify candidates for technical fit, culture, and long-term potential.
• Coach hiring teams on interview best practices, candidate engagement, and decision-making.
• Drive offer development and negotiation with HR and leadership to ensure equity and competitiveness.
• Utilize Greenhouse, recruiting platforms, and metrics to manage workflows and identify improvements.
• Support employer branding through networking events, associations, and campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, policies, and processes.
