Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and selecting top talent for a variety of positions.
• Experience building business acumen to apply to sourcing processes and expedite hiring.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, talent pipelining, and market research.
• Strong relationship management to coach, influence, and collaborate with hiring managers.
• High-level organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Proficiency in recruiting tools and internet sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS).
• Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ethical conduct with strong confidentiality commitment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Recruitment metrics literacy to track, analyze, and report hiring data.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business and apply acumen to talent work.
• Serve as strategic talent advisor to hiring managers on needs and trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with leaders for alignment on roles.
• Manage a requisition portfolio and prioritize based on business needs.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using outreach, job boards, social media, referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and potential.
• Lead the interview process and provide recommendations.
• Maintain transparent communication with candidates and teams throughout hiring.
• Support employment branding initiatives to promote Elmington as employer of choice.
• Partner with onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Utilize Paycor ATS to maintain records, track metrics, and provide data reports.
• Represent Elmington at job fairs and events.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and the talent function.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
