Job summary

Elmington Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to attract, engage and hire exceptional candidates in Nashville. You will drive sourcing, onboarding support, and strengthen our employment brand while partnering with leaders across the organization.

The role requires 1–4+ years in talent acquisition, with experience in sourcing tools and a focus on process improvement. You will manage a requisition portfolio, lead interviews, and deliver data-backed hiring recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing or related field preferred but not required.
• 1–4+ years of talent acquisition experience, construction industry preferred.
• Comfortable managing a high requisition load and filling hard-to-fill positions.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business and apply acumen to talent work.
• Serve as strategic talent advisor to hiring managers on needs and market trends.
• Build relationships with leaders to align on role requirements.
• Manage a requisition portfolio and prioritize based on business needs.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct outreach and job boards.
• Screen and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Lead interview process and provide hiring recommendations.
• Maintain communication with candidates and teams through lifecycle.
• Support employer branding and onboarding collaboration.
• Utilize Paycor ATS to track metrics and drive improvements.
• Represent Elmington Construction at events and recruiting opportunities.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes.
