Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, and skilled trades positions within construction, industrial, engineering, energy, or related industries preferred.
• Experience managing high-volume skilled trades recruiting in a fast-paced, project-driven environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned exempt and non-exempt positions; recruit for a diverse range of positions including corporate professionals, project management, engineering, field supervision, skilled trades, craft labor, and other construction-related positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies tailored to professional and skilled trades recruiting, leveraging industry networks, apprenticeship programs, military recruiting, and workforce development partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events.
• Participate in workforce planning discussions.
• Assist with onboarding activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
