• Ability to learn local, state/province, and federal statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and technical direction to business units.
• Develop departmental construction support programs and procedures.
• Manage personnel and provide development opportunities and timely performance feedback.
• Leverage resources to administer policies across all business groups, locations, and functions.
• Analyze situations, forecast problems, and recommend/implement actions.
