Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction, or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction management, construction engineering, or related functions.
• Leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Construction Technical Services activities supporting major EPC/EPCM and self-perform projects.
• Provide strategic guidance in constructability, AWP, planning, modularization, turnover, and startup readiness.
• Drive early contractor involvement and constructability reviews to improve safety, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Develop and implement construction execution strategies, procedures, and standards.
• Mentor and develop technical teams and support succession planning.
