Job summary

White Cap is hiring a Counter Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers in a fast-paced environment. You will process orders, provide quotes, and enter data into our system while offering product guidance and solutions.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong customer service, knowledge of construction products, and the ability to upsell. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, and familiarity with Oracle is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction/industrial products helpful.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Process orders, quote prices, and enter orders into the system.
• Explain product features, benefits, and warranty information.
• Apply product knowledge to advise customers and resolve issues.
• Upsell related products and inform customers of promotions.
