Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive field experience in construction supervision or comparable roles.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects; large multi-year site work.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, reading drawings and contract documents.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades and lead diverse field crews.
• Experience maintaining project schedules, preparing daily reports and managing site documentation.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ability to implement safety programs.
• Proficient with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and basic office software.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills; interface with owners, design teams and regulatory agencies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site management for complex construction projects with a focus on multi-year large scale site work projects. The Superintendent will ensure safe, timely and high quality execution of work, coordinate subcontractors and trade partners, maintain schedules and budgets, enforce quality control and safety standards, and act as the primary on-site representative for the owner and project management team.
