Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for a long-term commercial/institutional project in Sandusky, OH. This is a 12-month assignment with responsibility for on-site activities from mobilization through closeout.

You will manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, maintain schedule performance, and coordinate with owners and stakeholders while upholding Sevan's standards for excellence and client service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or major renovation projects.
• Strong concrete construction experience, including foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions; coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
