Job summary

MKH Search is partnering with a historic East Coast General Contractor to recruit a Senior Superintendent to lead Multi-Family, Mixed-Use and Commercial projects across the Triad and Raleigh.

You'll own on-site safety, schedule, quality and budget, mentor junior superintendents, and collaborate with clients and design teams. The role offers autonomy with a strong progression pathway and work-life balance in a pipeline of $30M+ projects.

I'm partnered with a historic East Coast General Contractor looking to bring on a strong Superintendent to run Multi-Family, Mixed-Use and Commercial projects across the Triad with a specific focus on upcoming projects in Raleigh.

This is a genuine growth hire - the GC has won large scale projects $60M+ and are looking for leadership to have full autonomous control of these projects offering a strong progression pathway. A large portion of their pipeline is negotiated work, they have long-standing developer relationships, and a steady backlog of exciting projects to run.

You'll be joining a wider, well-structured field and support team on these projects allowing you to plan the schedule as you see fit. There's infrastructure in place, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
