Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for projects $10M+
• Coordinate subcontractors and enforce project schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Maintain quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with clients, Project Managers, and stakeholders

Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a GC
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Experience with both ground-up and interior projects
• Proficient in Procore (required), Microsoft Office, and Viewpoint
