Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for projects across the Southeast. You will oversee all field operations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met on commercial sites.

We value leaders who can manage diverse trades, read construction drawings, and travel as required to oversee premier commercial projects from retail to hospitality sectors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Construction Management or related education preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as Superintendent or Lead Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Experience managing retail, hospitality, automotive dealership, and other commercial construction projects.
• Strong background in site supervision, subcontractor management, scheduling, and project execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining schedules and budgets.
• Experience interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of jobsite safety practices and OSHA compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

• Identify and resolve construction-related challenges and field issues.
• Enforce site safety policies and maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and scheduling efforts.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and provide jobsite progress updates.
• Prepare and submit regular safety and project status reports.
• Inspect work in progress and ensure quality control standards are met.
