Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC is assisting a mid-sized general contractor expanding its North Carolina presence in the Triangle region. They seek a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

The ideal candidate will manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and safety standards from mobilization to closeout, while coordinating with PMs and design teams to resolve RFIs and submittals and mentor junior staff as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Running day-to-day field operations across multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinating with project managers and design team on constructability, RFIs, and submittals.
• Setting and enforcing site safety standards and quality control.
• Leading OAC meetings and keeping stakeholders updated on progress and risks.
• Helping establish field processes and standards as the company grows its Triangle team.
• Mentoring assistant superintendents and field staff as headcount grows.

Our client is a mid-sized general contractor ($200-300M in annual revenue, roughly 30 years in business) expanding into the Triangle market. They're looking for a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects as they build out their North Carolina presence.
