Job Summary:

A general contractor based in Raleigh is looking for a Superintendent to lead daily operations on commercial construction sites throughout North Carolina. This role is ideal for a results-driven construction professional with at least five years of commercial project experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Superintendent will play a key role in coordinating site activity, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to maintain efficient project workflows and timely progress.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to building codes, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts swiftly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
• Track material deliveries and equipment needs to avoid delays and maintain a fully stocked site.
• Manage documentation related to project progress, change orders, and site reports.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a secure and compliant job site for all personnel.
• Represent the company in site meetings with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
