ETC Companies, LLC seeks Site Superintendent/Project Manager for new southern Connecticut multifamily rehab project. Lead planning, resource allocation, safety, and coordination with inspectors, architects, engineers, and clients.

Role requires 5+ years in construction supervision, proficiency with Timberline/Raken, OSHA 30, and strong leadership. Compensation includes benefits and bonus; on-site duties in CT.

Formación

• Minimum of 5-years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Computer proficiency with Timberline; Raken a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Deadline driven.

Responsabilidades

Large GC specializing in Affordable Multifamily Rehabs and Renovations, looking for Site Superintendents and Project Manager for new project around Southern, CT.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate “Tool Box Talks,” as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Other related projects, as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30
• Computer proficiency a MUST--experience with Timberline, Raken a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 + Benefits + Bonus
