Job summary

ETC Companies, LLC is actively seeking Site Superintendents and a Project Manager for a new multifamily rehabilitation project in the Philadelphia area and surrounding markets in Southern New Jersey. The roles require coordinating crews, managing subcontractors, and enforcing safety and quality on-site.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in construction supervision, experience with multifamily rehabs, OSHA 30, and proficiency in Timberline and Raken.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30
• Computer proficiency with Timberline, Raken a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail.
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of teams.
• Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Experience in construction management or related fields.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Deadline driven.

Responsibilities
