Job summary

Etc Companies Llc in New Jersey is seeking Site Superintendents and a Project Manager for a new multifamily rehab project in Trenton and surrounding areas. You will oversee the project from planning to implementation, allocate resources, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires at least 5 years as a Construction Superintendent, experience with multifamily rehabs, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Timberline or Raken.

Large GC specializing in Affordable Multifamily Rehabs and Renovations, looking for Site Superintendents and Project Manager for new project in Trenton, NJ and surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate “Tool Box Talks,” as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Other related projects, as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30
• Computer proficiency a MUST--experience with Timberline, Raken a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
