Job summary

Pyramid ETC Companies, LLC seeks experienced Site Superintendents and a Project Manager for a new Long Island project, with future work across Long Island and the 5 boroughs. The roles require overseeing the full lifecycle of multifamily rehab projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery against plans and specs.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in construction supervision, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Construction Superintendent in multifamily rehabs/renovations.
• Experience overseeing multifamily rehab projects; strong site leadership.
• OSHA 30 required; proficient with field reporting tools.
• Proficient in Timberline and Raken; familiar with CM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects and maintain daily field reports.
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports; conduct toolbox talks as needed.
• Enforce safety standards and document discrepancies; supervise onsite personnel.
• Interface with inspectors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to maintain reasonable costs and schedules.
• Ensure workmanship aligns with plans and specifications; handle other related tasks.

Job description

Large GC specializing in Affordable Multifamily Rehabs and Renovations, looking for Site Superintendents and Project Manager for new project on Long Island. Future projects throughout Long Island and the 5 boroughs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate “Tool Box Talks,” as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Other related projects, as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30
• Computer proficiency a MUST--experience with Timberline, Raken a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership skills
