ETC Companies, LLC is seeking Site Superintendent and Project Manager candidates for a new multifamily rehab project in Trenton, NJ and surrounding areas. The role requires overseeing planning through execution, managing resources, and maintaining daily field reports.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years as a Construction Superintendent, experience with multifamily rehabs, OSHA 30, and proficient use of Timberline and Raken; strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are

• Minimum of 5-years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficient with Timberline and Raken; field reporting software a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and decision making.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong negotiation and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.

• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports.
• Facilitate toolbox talks when needed.
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors for reasonable costs.
• Maintain workmanship to match plans and specs.
• Handle other related projects as assigned.

Large GC specializing in Affordable Multifamily Rehabs and Renovations, looking for Site Superintendents and Project Manager for new project in Trenton, NJ and surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate “Tool Box Talks,” as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Other related projects, as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30
• Computer proficiency a MUST--experience with Timberline, Raken a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership skills

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 + Benefits + Bonus
