Job summary

Buildots is seeking a Traveling Construction Customer Success Manager to oversee deployment and day-to-day success on major client projects across Texas. This role requires guiding teams through platform adoption and integration into project workflows, with 80% travel and strong client-facing communication.

The ideal candidate has extensive construction experience and a passion for technology, capable of bridging site operations with executive-level discussions to drive measurable project

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction as PM, superintendent or project engineer on large scale projects.
• Experience on commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
• Self-starter who identifies and solves problems proactively.
• Comfortable on-site and presenting to senior client stakeholders via video.
• Fast learner who communicates complex ideas clearly.
• Strong people skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Excited about technology and its impact on construction.
• Willing to travel 80% across Texas and Central US.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary relationship owner for Buildots' largest client projects.
• Lead full platform implementation from onboarding to workflow integration.
• Proactively identify ways to maximize client value and adoption.
• Partner with internal project managers to tailor the platform to project needs.
• Gather client insights and feed the product roadmap.
• Ensure clients achieve success with the platform.
