Job summary

Buildots is seeking a Construction Customer Success Manager to oversee deployment and day-to-day success on a select set of major client projects. This onsite role in Turkey, Texas includes guiding teams through platform adoption, supporting site operations, and ensuring seamless integration into project workflows.

We require 7+ years of construction experience (PM, superintendent, or engineer), strong client-facing skills, and a willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship for some of Buildots' largest client projects.
• Lead full platform implementation — from onboarding and training to deep workflow integration.
• Configure the platform around the real complexities of each project.
• Gather on-the-ground insights from clients and feed them to the product team to shape the roadmap.
• Ensure clients not only use the platform but succeed with it.
