Buildots seeks a Traveling Construction Customer Success Manager to lead deployment and day-to-day success on major client projects across Texas and the Central US. This role requires strong technical acumen, proactive problem-solving, and excellent client-facing communication.

You will guide teams through platform adoption, ensure effective integration into workflows, and collaborate with project managers to tailor solutions. Expect 80% travel and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction roles (PM/Superintendent/Engineer) on large-scale projects.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Willingness to travel 80% and operate across Texas/Central US.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and coordinating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Be primary relationship owner for key client projects.
• Lead platform deployment and on-site workflow integration.
• Identify opportunities to maximize client value and alignment with Buildots roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal PMs to tailor platform configurations.
• Capture client feedback to influence product improvements.
