Job summary

Staff Zone is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ to grow our construction staffing solutions. You’ll build relationships with contractors, meet on job sites, and drive revenue through new and existing accounts.

Base salary $55k-$60k with up to 45% bonus/commission; company vehicle and benefits.

Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm; training and career advancement in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, construction, or trades sales preferred but not required.
• Comfortable visiting job sites and GC trailers.
• Strong organizational and self-motivated mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and building relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents.
• Meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices.
• Consistently closing new business and expanding current accounts.
• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction.
• Managing a book of business and growing territory, with days starting and ending at home.
• Participating in networking events such as golf, clay shoots, and lunch events.
