• Outside sales experience in commercial construction required.
• 2+ years in outside sales.
• 2+ years staffing or recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads, prospects, and target markets.
• Reach out to leads via phone, email, and social media to introduce QLM’s services.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage prospects.
• Evaluate client needs and qualification to determine next steps.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities.
• Set and meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
