Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction SPM in Whitman, MA for a permanent on-site role. You will manage several commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout, develop budgets and schedules, and lead planning, procurement, and contract administration.

Job Details

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Review and negotiate change orders, subcontract agreements, and project documentation.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular financial and operational reporting to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future business.
