• Experience with delivery methods such as Design-Build, CMAR, or General Contracting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
