Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Site Coordinator to direct installation, modification, and repair work on our active project sites in a supervisory capacity. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with contract documents and codes.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, safety awareness, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to supervise skilled and semi-skilled workers.
• Must read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation, modification, and repair work on field sites.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise work and subcontractors.
• Report to project field leadership and ensure contract compliance.
• Supervise punch list completion and safety standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
• Maintain records and supervise site cleanup.
• Perform miscellaneous duties or special projects as assigned.
